Dr. Letizia Alto is a board-certified family medicine physician with degrees from Hamilton College, George Washington University, and the University of Vermont. After completing her residency at Swedish Family Medicine, she went on to pursue a hospitalist fellowship.

Leti worked as a hospitalist from 2011 to 2020, co-founded a healthcare documentation company, and served as chief medical officer. Currently, she divides her time between running Semi-Retired MD, investing in real estate, and empowering doctors and women leaders in real estate and business development.

Outside of her work, Leti enjoys cooking, baking, meditating, fishing, and hiking. Her dedication to helping others achieve financial freedom and her passion for mentorship have made her a respected leader in her field.
