Nimmi Roche Originally from Minneapolis, MN, Nimmi is a proud Duke Blue Devil and Harvard Business School alum. After eight years at Goldman Sachs and American Express, she transitioned to startups as Head of Marketing at Plated, one of the first meal kit companies, acquired by Albertsons. She then led Product Strategy at Adaptly, a social media startup acquired by Accenture. Nimmi later founded the Blue Flag Project, a sustainable footwear company, which led her to Dyrdek Machine, where she heads the Venture Studio, overseeing investment and operations.
Nimmi lives in Santa Monica with her husband and children. She loves music, travel, and philosophy—and is particularly passionate about reshaping the narrative around success.
